**岗位职责：**

- 制定和持续改善公司、部门层面临床药理相关标准及工作流程，并监督实施过程；
- 指导临床药理成员职业发展，为公司、部门及项目团队等提供临床、定量药理技术培训；
- 应用NONMEM、SAS、R语言等行业标准软件, 开展或协助开展定量药理学研究（建模与模拟，popPK与E-R分析，群体PK/PD、PBPK、MBMA研究），支持新药早期临床试验讨论及早期研发策略制定；
- 应用建模与模拟方法优化临床试验设计，预测人体PK/PD特征及内外在因素对PK的影响，探索剂量效应关系，推荐给药方案和制定说明书制定，桥接不同人群和种族；审核并验证各种软件派生的数据文件；
- 分析、解读药代（PK）、药效（PD）、生物标志物和免疫原性数据，及与安全性、疗效数据的相关性，撰写、审核和定稿相关报告；
- 参与申办方项目会议并提供临床药理相关支持，协助客户进行临床药理学研究的沟通和培训；
- 协助申办方撰写和整理各种申报材料（如INDs和NDAs、BLAs、说明书等）中的临床药理学研究资料，并可就临床药理学相关内容与研究者、药政部门进行沟通。

**任职要求:**

- 硕士以上学历，临床药理、定量药理学、药代、药效等相关专业，3-5年在制药企业、CRO或临床药理中心从事临床药理、定量药理相关工作经验；
- 熟悉GLP法律法规，具备DMPK、药理学和临床研究背景，熟悉NMPA/FDA法规及相关指导原则的要求，熟练临床试验方案和总结报告中药理部分；
- 能熟练使用PK/PD分析软件，如：NONMEM、WinNonlin NLME及WinNonlin、R等软件进行建模及数据分析的使用并能解决软件应用过程中的问题；
- 良好的文献检索、独立分析解决问题能力。具备敏锐的洞察力，出色的创新精神以及组织协调能力；
- 具有良好的职业道德和奉献精神，良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；能够吃苦耐劳、责任心强、工作积极主动；
- 英语可以作为工作语言。
